Foreign Educated Nurses Refresher Course (FENS) Changes

Effective immediately, the Texas Board of Nursing (BON) no longer requires internationally-educated nurses to complete the Foreign Educated Nurses Refresher Course (FENS) as a post-requisite to passing the NCLEX for the Texas BON.
