What is the TERCAP© Pilot Project?
It is an Online State-Wide Error Reporting System. The Board believes that recognizing and highlighting factors involved in nursing practice breakdown will promote a better understanding of the etiology of nursing practice errors. Information can be found on our TERCAP© Pilot Project page.

Who can attend the training?
Peer Review Committee Chairman and/or Chief Nursing Officer
Space permitting, members of the Peer Review Committee. Confirmation of available space will be determined by July 3, 2012.
What if I can’t attend a training session?
Training is mandatory in order to participate in the pilot.
What must I do to register for the training?
Prior to the training you must complete, and return to the Texas Board of Nursing, a signed copy of the Participation Agreement. You must register your attendance by completing the Registration Form and returning it to Laura Lewis (email or fax). Deadline to register is Monday, July 2, 2012.
An informational webinar will be presented on Thursday, June 14th from 10-11 am (CST). We will send out invitations to this webinar soon.
